PLEDGE

 I being a true Railway Servant, hereby solemnly pledge that,

   · I will render service to the passengers ensuring their safety, security and comfort, 

  · I will treat everyone with respect and dignity and work in harmony with my colleagues and others regardless of caste, gender, region, religion or language upholding the values of equality, honesty, transparency and fairness, 

  · I will always be alert and vigilant while on duty and will neither engage myself nor allow others in any work endangering safety,  

  · I will regularly update my knowledge in Rules and procedures and upgrade myself to be fit to discharge my duties efficiently, and
